Staff Research Associate II
DescriptionThe Department of Medicine is seeking to hire a motivated Staff Research Associate II to join our team studying the mechanisms by which the autonomic nervous system initiates and maintains arrhythmias, with a particular focus on the role of the cardiac nervous system in heart disease. This position involves collecting and analyzing electrophysiologic and neural data from human patients and animal models of cardiovascular disease. In humans, data is gathered using an array of electrodes and catheters for cardiac electrophysiologic recordings, as well as neural recordings.
