This position will be responsible for coordinating activities for: (1) the PCORnet Engagement Coordinating Center, providing management and navigator coordination of a stakeholder engagement coordinating center for a national clinical research network and (2) STAR CRN, providing management and coordination of a clinical research network and associated translational research projects.
Coordinate Activities to Support The Coordinating Center for PCORnet: Stakeholder Engagement Efforts
Assist the Project Manager and PIs with implementation of an operational framework for the newly funded stakeholder engagement coordinating center.
Maintain detailed documentation of the operational aspects of the stakeholder CC.
Assist the Project Manger with coordination of information and preparation of regular progress reports
Serve as a link between key members of STAR CRN and key members of the stakeholder CC by providing regular feedback to both via communication coordination and other needs as they arise.
Provide support for investigators doing stakeholder engagement, including stakeholder meeting coordination, study implementation, and basic evaluation support
Provides administrative support for a variety of coordinating center activities
Coordinate Activities to Support STAR CRN Associated Translational Research Efforts
Foster collaboration between team members, both internal and external
Use advanced research and data management and analytical skills to support research efforts on multiple STAR originated projects
Maintain detailed documentation of research data
Prepares materials or drafts technical documents for publication
Assist with preparation of funding progress reports and metrics
Connect investigators with resources related to translational research, including resources available through VICTR, STAR CRN, and the Vanderbilt Institute for Medicine and Public Health, as well as across the larger Vanderbilt community
Provide support for investigators doing translational research, including support for study design (literature reviews), study implementation (IRB application support, design of data collection procedures, support for data use agreements and other regulatory issues), and basic evaluation support
Provides administrative support for a variety of STAR originated projects
